How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches out to Forestpopularity Mold Help to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to raise a concern and what follows. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to contact us about:
- How your call or contact with Forestpopularity Mold Help went
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
When the Problem Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, pricing, test results, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Your feedback helps keep our network honest, and a provider who keeps falling short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Forestpopularity Mold Help cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Sending Us Your Complaint
Email contact@forestpopularity.boutique and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like
After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. If your state licenses mold assessors or remediators, the licensing agency may be able to help too.
